9:15 am: Bus leaves the central pick up location
11:30 am: Lunch will be provided and we'll eat it on the bus while returning to the central location
12:00 pm: Activity begins
1:15 pm: Student Presentation and Certificates
Your school can send up to 12 students who are at least 17 years old on the tour and to the activity. You can request placement on a wait list for additional interested students. Your group must send a teacher who will remain with the group all day.We will release the unclained seats to the names on the wait list at noon on Sept 29.
Fill out the form below. We need the number of students you'd ike to bring, if possible, and the name of the teacher or person in charge of your group. We will send you a confirmation package detailing the dress code required by the manufacturer you will be touring and prepare materials for your group!
Before the tour, please watch the following two YouTube videos to be prepared for the group activity. The first video talks about Manufacturing 4.0 and what type of jobs and job skills are needed inmanufacturing by 2025. The second video explains the IoT, or the Internet of Things, which is changing manufacturing and the roles of workers.
